Job Title:

Quality Assurance and Release Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive quality and timely release of our products. This individual will be responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive testing procedures, collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement testing procedures that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful software release.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all work items include agreed-upon definitions of done to ensure proper text coverage.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and understanding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software quality assurance and release management.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
