About this Role

We are looking for a skilled product designer to lead the creation of innovative product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and content strategists to define problems & goals; map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services.
  • Design product concepts that meet business objectives while considering user needs.
  • Drive projects from start to finish with cross-functional teams to bring Business pod's vision to life.
  • Create intuitive, practical, and convergent interactions that enhance user experience.
  • Solve complex interactions through prototyping or motion design.
  • Lead product charter development and mentor junior designers.
  • Effectively communicate project plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.
  • Maintain seamless transitions between strategy, ideation, and execution.
  • Contribute to hiring and growing the product design team.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product design.
  • Demonstrated expertise in design systems, user research, and prototyping.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
