Expertise in AI and Backend Systems

We are seeking a talented professional to contribute to the development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Node.js, Typescript, and related tools; proficiency in CI/CD workflows and tools; hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development: Utilize Node.js with frameworks like Fastify and Express to create robust backend services.

Monorepo Architecture: Work within a Turborepo or Nx setup to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases.

CI/CD Pipelines: Implement automated build, test, and deployment processes using CI/CD tools.

Containerization and Orchestration: Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate services efficiently.

Infrastructure Deployment: Deploy and maintain infrastructure on AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

API Documentation and Testing: Write well-documented APIs and test them using Postman and automated tools.

Load and Performance Testing: Conduct testing to ensure system reliability under scale.

Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring backend systems follow best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js, Typescript, and related tools; proficiency in CI/CD workflows and tools; hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

Domain Knowledge: Experience working with monorepo setups, cloud experience with AWS and/or GCP services, familiarity with API testing, and strong understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have: Familiarity with microservices architecture, exposure to observability tools, knowledge of DevOps practices, and experience with Python and FastAPI.
