Job Title: Senior Manager

The role of a Senior Manager is to oversee the actuarial reserving process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data preparation and reconciliation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Reserving on regulatory submissions and audit trails;">
  • Maintaining good understanding of data and systems, as well as coordinating with other business units like Claims, Finance, and IT;">
  • Performing analytical work, such as actual vs expected analysis and preparing reports;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • 2-3 years of experience in General Insurance, preferably not limited to the Indian market;">
  • Strong knowledge of actuarial reserving methodologies and techniques;">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;">
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;">
  • Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of R programming language;">
