Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a supportive role. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, including common areas, workstations, and restrooms.

You will also serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and clients as required, assist in setting up meeting rooms, and ensure all necessary equipment is ready.

Additionally, you will manage office supplies, restock items, handle office errands, and ensure the office environment is comfortable, neat, and welcoming for staff and visitors.

As an administrative support role, you will assist in organizing and setting up events, meetings, or conferences when needed, and support administrative staff with various tasks such as filing, photocopying, and sorting documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
