Chief Financial Operations Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Executive to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts.
- Manage monthly Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) workings and return filings.
- Support internal, external, and tax audits.
- Perform month-end activities, including updating Financial Accounting Reports (FAR).
- Participate in Accounts Payable (AP) accounting.
- Review General Ledger transactions.
- Address ad hoc requirements related to accounts and finance functions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
