Expert Data Architect wanted to develop scalable Big Data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain complex data architectures on Redshift and Netezza platforms.
  • Develop high-performance SQL queries and Stored Procedures for large datasets.
  • Implement advanced data modeling techniques using 3NF and Kimbal methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy end-to-end BI DWH applications.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Big Data architecture and development.
  • Proven expertise in SQL Development/NZSQL, including Stored Procedures.
  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux Shell Scripting and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git/Sourcetree.
  • Ability to interpret data models and code SQL accordingly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, and DMS.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau or Cognos.
  • Insurance domain knowledge and experience in Agile ways of working.
