Job Description

This role is suited for professionals with up to 3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an agency setting. A background in agencies, internal communications, sociology, and psychology can be beneficial.

  • Contribute to the creation of digital experiences for key brands.
  • Develop and implement content strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to create engaging content that attracts and retains followers.
  • Understand stakeholders and create communication for different cohorts.
  • Analyze client feedback and provide strategic inputs to design and content teams.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign content creation on various digital platforms.

  • Develop innovative solutions for content management and maintenance of the brand's digital platforms.
  • Prepare reports with quantitative and qualitative analyses to enhance future strategies.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A proven track record as a Client Servicing team member or similar role, preferably with an agency background is essential. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices is also required.
