Lead Business Execution Consultant

Job Summary:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Cards and Merchant Services (CMS) Strategy & Production Support team. As a key member of our Capacity Planning Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Capacity Planning models for Back-Office functions within CMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Capacity Planning models to ensure optimal resource allocation and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to business leaders and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
- Extensive analytical experience and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with workforce management, workforce operations, and business analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Capacity Planning/Forecasting.
- Experience working with large data sets and utilizing advanced Excel formulas and functions.
- Familiarity with Tableau and ADHOC reporting.
- Knowledge of call center statistics and technology.
