About the Role
We specialize in delivering bespoke, high-performance interior design solutions that prioritize innovation, sustainability, and superior aesthetic appeal.
The ideal candidate must possess proficient skills in SketchUp Layout and AutoCAD, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end interior design projects from inception to completion.
This role demands precision, creativity, and the ability to confidently lead client-facing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage interior design projects from concept through to production release.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Prepare preliminary quotations based on detailed concept designs.
- Deliver high-quality design development, BOQs, and MEP drawings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and oversee the successful delivery of projects.
- Ensure error-free deliverables, including drawings and order sheets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- Proficient in SketchUp Layout and AutoCAD software.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design.
Reports to Senior Designer/Project Manager.
