Our organization is seeking a seasoned sales professional to expand and solidify its real estate channel partner network in Bangalore.

This high-ownership role will involve managing a portfolio of key real estate channel partners, driving new home sales, and fostering continuous engagement through regular meetings, events, and activations.

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with our partners, and executing strategic plans to enhance our market presence.

  • Develop and nurture a robust network of real estate channel partners in Bangalore.
  • Source and drive new home sales by collaborating with existing channel partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings with CPs, onboard new partners in assigned micro-markets, and ensure retention and maximum engagement.
  • Organize workshops, events, and engagement activities to foster deeper connections with our CPs.
  • Handle partner concerns and provide proactive support to address their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proven experience in channel partner management is a significant advantage.
  • A reliable two-wheeler for field visits is mandatory.
  • A consistent work history with at least one or two appraisals within the same organization is preferred.
