As a strategic procurement professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth and optimizing costs for our organization.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our procurement team as a contract analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA procurement team with tasks across various categories, including facilities, IT, marketing, and advertising.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting strategic sourcing events in accordance with our methodology
  2. Analysis of vendor quotes and negotiation of contracts
  3. Supplier relationship management and development of strategic partnerships
  4. Contract management cycle; from preparation and legal review to submission and signature
  5. Drive continuous improvement of service quality, cost, and value delivered against contracts

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, experience in procurement processes and systems, and strong project management abilities.

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, and professional certifications are an asset.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working in retail (ideally in a luxury brand) is considered an asset
