We are building the first generation of Physical AI Agents to automate infection prevention and operational intelligence in hospitals and controlled environments. Our flagship wall-mounted UV-C disinfection system leverages AI, robotics, and multi-modal sensing to keep healthcare environments safe and efficient.

As we expand globally, we are seeking an IT Engineer to support our distributed team and ensure secure, reliable IT operations across systems, networks, and devices.

Our ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations for a fast-growing, globally distributed organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools.
  • Maintain documentation for IT support procedures.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in IT processes and workflows.
