Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PLM Functional Consultant to support and implement PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of PLM processes with a focus on different modules, ensuring smooth communication and data flow between stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Configure and customize PLM modules to align with business processes.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and document functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system integration and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct system testing and validation of PLM functionalities.
  • Deliver training and support to end-users on PLM features.
  • Provide ongoing support and recommendations for PLM deployment.
  • Manage project timelines and communicate progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of PLM processes, including product data management and collaboration workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience configuring PLM modules.
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze user requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with integration between PLM and other enterprise systems.
