Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Functional Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to meet the needs of our clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage delivery relationships with assigned program/project clients
  • Deliver weekly status reports and provide project progress updates
  • Conduct business analysis, functional requirement gathering, and process mapping
  • Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD)
  • Perform functional installation, configuration, and user acceptance testing
  • Conduct key user training and go-live support
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong collaboration and teamwork skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation consulting or analysis in the functional implementation of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365.

Experience in sales operations, preferably in global/multi-country scenarios, is also beneficial. A firm understanding of D365 F&O / Dynamics AX ERP is required.

You will also need to demonstrate knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ITIL-based processes, and Agile methodology.
