Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced relationship manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth of the business
  • Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through referrals, networking and other means
  • Developing and implementing customized financial plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Providing exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Managing a team of professionals to support the delivery of excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of experience working as a relationship manager in a banking or financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIF, structured products, banking and NRI products, business banking and personal banking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
