We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on AWS services utilization, engaging with Senior executives to align cloud solutions with business objectives, and managing technical discussions with stakeholders at all levels. You will also be required to act as the customer's advocate within AWS, ensuring customer requirements are effectively communicated and met.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Building trusted advisory relationships with clients
- Providing strategic guidance on AWS services utilization
- Engaging with Senior executives to align cloud solutions with business objectives
- Managing technical discussions with stakeholders at all levels
- Acting as the customer's advocate within AWS
- Ensuring customer requirements are effectively communicated and met
- Leading critical incident response and communication
- Developing governance frameworks for cloud technology implementation
- Understanding and aligning with customer's business strategies, architectures, and cloud adoption roadmaps

A Day in the Life
You will work closely with other AWS teams to ensure that all changes to a customer's environments are smoothly carried out while meeting customer requirements to onboard to AMS. This includes participating in customer meetings and maintaining regular engagement, as well as supporting Senior Delivery Managers on large Strategic customer engagements.
