About Technical Delivery Manager :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Management :

- Lead a team of developers and technical leads, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Manage the complete delivery cycle and report directly to the CTO.

Project Oversight :

- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and high-performance solutions using MERN, Flutter, and Python stack.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and integrate solutions that align with the company's objectives and architecture.

Project Management & Delivery :

- Manage end-to-end product delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality releases.

- Involve in project planning and initiation, ensuring that all deadlines and milestones are met.

Agile Estimation :

- Use Agile methodologies to estimate project timelines and collaborate with developers to accurately implement product features.

Technical Excellence :

- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of all software applications developed.

- Establish processes to ensure consistent code quality, leveraging AI-powered tools and TDD (Test-Driven Development).

Automation & CI/CD Pipeline :

- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines, automating testing and deployment processes to streamline development and minimize manual effort.

Prerequisites :

Experience :

- 6-8 years in software development, including at least 3 years in Technical Delivery Manager.

- Proven track record of leading and managing teams of 50-60 engineers, delivering software products using MERN stack with NestJS and Next.js, Flutter and Python.

- Experience deploying solutions to cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Project Management Skills :

- Strong organizational and risk management capabilities.

- Familiarity with Agile estimation techniques.

- PMP or Agile Certification is a plus.

Project Management :

- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope, utilizing Agile methodologies.

- Experience in estimating work, managing sprints, and ensuring timely product releases.

Soft Skills :

- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).

- Effective collaboration with cross-functional software development teams.

Education & Certification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- PMP, Agile or equivalent certifications are a plus.
