Job Summary:

Data Modeler plays a pivotal role in transforming data landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the delivery of complex transformation programs within the data portfolio, fostering efficient data management.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to develop world-class products that cater to customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective solution implementation.
  • Interface those requirements with cross-asset IT teams to deliver working reconciliation solutions, enhancing overall system performance.
  • Develop logical and physical data models adhering to agreed standards, maintaining high-quality data integrity.
  • Maintain and refine data models, undertaking metadata analysis to optimize data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in data analysis or modeling, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent financial domain skills, including requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, and database designing, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a talent for building strong relationships and driving collaboration.
