About this role: We are looking for an expert in data analytics to lead a team of data scientists and deliver complex models that address business problems.

This position involves applying expertise in machine learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience building, deploying, and maintaining predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.

We need someone who can manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.

Candidates should also be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses is essential for this role.

We require 6+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling in e-commerce or related environments.

Candidates should have expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (regression, classification, ensemble methods, deep learning, reinforcement learning).

Prior experience working in the e-commerce sector is a plus.

A bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution is required.
