At IRIS KPO Resourcing India Pvt Ltd, we are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Customer Success Business Partner to join our team.

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented professional with 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in International Markets such as the US and UK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers.

As a trusted advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping our key customers and strategic service partners maximize the value from our school management software. You will work closely with colleagues in Customer Operations, Sales, Channel, and the executive team to drive customer success.

The successful candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, including at senior levels, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong project management and organizational skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple customer relationships concurrently and strategically, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalations.
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption and retention, leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Conduct regular on-site and off-site meetings to understand and discuss customer business requirements or issues, exploring how to address and resolve these.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating the deployment of IRIS resources to address their issues.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years' experience in International Customer Success, preferably in the US and UK markets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, including at senior levels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience to overcome challenges and adapt to new ideas and approaches.
