Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to promote and increase occupancy of our godown/warehouse rental spaces. As a Marketing Executive, you will develop and implement integrated online and offline marketing strategies to attract potential clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in both digital and traditional marketing, with the ability to connect with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote godown/warehouse rental services through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and generate qualified leads from manufacturers, distributors, e-commerce companies, and other relevant industries.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES, BROKERS, AGENTS, AND CHANNEL PARTNERS.
  • Coordinate site visits and client presentations with the operations team.
  • Create and manage listings on property portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, IndiaMART, etc.).
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO) to boost visibility and reach.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups to generate new leads.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.
  • Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler (preferred, for local travel).
