NetSuite Functional Consultant Job Description

Sikich is a global company with a strong presence in the industry, seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join their team.

In this role, you will work independently on NetSuite implementation tasks, including design, development, and rollout of products within the NetSuite platform. You will also support end-users in all business functions, relating to scripts, workflows, saved searches, report creation, and other ad-hoc configuration setups.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for the full lifecycle implementation of core and advanced NetSuite with add-on products.
  • You will work under the direction and mentorship of a Lead Functional Consultant for all implementation tasks assigned.
  • You will be able to clearly articulate As-Is with To-Be business needs and create functional design documents aligning with NetSuite system functionality/features and help bridge the gap on processes as needed.
  • You will collaborate with technical developers to develop and implement customizations, e.g., Suite Script customizations, advanced PDFs, workflows, custom reports.
  • You will perform thorough testing and support user acceptance testing.
  • You will provide post-implementation support, analyzing and diagnosing IT process issues while developing business requirements for strategic and new solutions.
  • You will manage tasks related to ERP administration, improvements, upgrades, and enhancements.

Requirements for Success:

  • You should have 4-7 years of full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience.
  • You should have 4-5 years of experience in design, development, and rollout of products within the NetSuite platform or products developed and integrated with NetSuite.
  • You should be proficient in NetSuite ERP processes, Order management, Procurement, Inventory management, and demand planning. Nice to have a good understanding of Accounting, procure to pay, Order to cash to close the cycle.
  • You should have experience with Advanced PDF, Reports, Dashboard configuration.
  • You should be proficient in Form Customizations & Fields Creation, Custom Records, CSV Imports, Work Flows, Saved Searches & Report Customization.
  • You should have excellent organizational skills and prioritization capabilities.
