Urban Practice Leader: Driving Urban Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our Urban Practice in Mumbai. The successful candidate will have a strong background in urban infrastructure and finance, with experience working with government clients at both central and state levels.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build and nurture strong client relationships within the region. They will also be responsible for leading the growth and development of the Urban Practice within the region by identifying growth opportunities and mentoring a team to support the expansion and delivery of urban projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative financial mechanisms for scaling up sustainable urban solutions, including business models for urban infrastructure and transport domains.
Provide technical guidance on municipal finance, coordinate city efforts on integrated City Investment Plans and Financial Operating Plans, and conduct financial feasibility assessments and/or affordability analyses.
Prepare financial models for urban infrastructure projects to ensure sound financial planning and execution.
Maintain and grow key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess an MBA in Finance or a master's degree in Management, Urban Planning, Transport Planning, or a related field from a recognized university/institution in India or abroad.
They should have a minimum of 12 years of overall experience, with specific experience in Transaction Advisory Services, PPP, and the Urban Infrastructure Sector.
