Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of an AI Developer/Support. This is a key position that requires expertise in various areas, including Machine Learning Fundamentals, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Vector Databases.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python: Excellent programming skills in Python are essential for this role. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI models using Python.
  • Experience with Langchain: Familiarity with Langchain is necessary for this position. You should have experience working with Langchain's API and be able to integrate it into your projects.
  • Understanding of Machine Learning Fundamentals: A solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning, is required.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) and NLP Algorithms Expertise: Proficiency in NLP algorithms and techniques, such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling, is necessary for this role.
  • Familiarity with Vector Databases: Experience working with vector databases, such as Milvus or Faiss, is essential for this position.
  • Azure Cloud and Deployments Experience: Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure and deployments is necessary for this role.
  • Generative AI Expertise: Experience with generative AI models, such as GANs and VAEs, is desirable.
  • Prompt Engineering Proficiency: Ability to craft effective prompts for AI models is necessary for this role.
  • Model Training Familiarity: Experience training AI models using various algorithms and techniques is required.
  • Model Evaluation Experience: Familiarity with evaluating AI model performance using metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall is necessary.
  • Knowledge of AI Ethics and Responsible AI Practices: Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and fairness, is essential for this role.
  • Cloud Infrastructure and Services Basics: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services, including AWS or Google Cloud, is desirable.
  • Ability to work with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch): Experience working with popular AI frameworks and libraries is necessary for this role.
