Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performance Search and Retrieval Augmented Generation: Data indexing, ranking, query processing using advanced LLMs and recent foundation models.
  • Create evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, utilizing a polyglot approach with open-source models.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, proficient in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, utilizing technologies such as Python, Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training emerging foundation LLMs, constructing RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
