About Us

We are a global distributor of electronic and LED components with offices across multiple countries.

This is a hybrid role that combines IT support and data/business operations analysis.

As an employee in this role, you will spend approximately 20-25% of your time on IT support (hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting) and the remaining 75-80% on data and operations support.

  • Provide IT Support: Troubleshoot computers, email, software, and network issues.
  • Upload SCI stock and inventory files to external platforms/websites.
  • Build and maintain commission reports for finance teams.
  • Clean and update CRM data.
  • Manage company-wide updates.
  • Support ongoing IT and operations projects.

You will collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth support.

Required qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support or business analyst roles.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Educational background in IT or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills.
