Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for medical science and writing into a unique role. As a Scientific Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality scientific materials for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop client-ready materials such as slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and infographics under the guidance of scientific leads
  • Liaise with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to build trusting relationships and anticipate their needs
  • Communicate effectively with team members, authors, clients, and vendors
  • Attend workshops, seminars, and trainings to enhance skills and contribute to organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with client directors to develop effective medical communications initiatives in the digital space
  • Maintain current awareness of developments across therapeutic areas or disciplines
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
  • 1-3 years of experience in relevant fields of scientific writing
  • PhD/MD (Pharmacology) OR PhD (Life Sciences) OR PharmD with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication
  • Experience working on publications
  • Clear, concise, scientific style of writing with excellent language skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with clients
  • Ability to adapt writing style to different materials and target audiences
  • Basic knowledge of biostatistics
  • Literature reviewing and evaluation capabilities

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent language skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in scientific writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different time zones.
