Job Title: Accounting Senior Associate

Accounting teams are essential to the financial success of any organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Management: Assist in managing daily finance operations to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Statutory Accounting Collaboration: Collaborate on statutory accounting activities with global accounting teams.
  • Cost Calculations: Perform calculations for recurring journal entries (e.g., prepaid expenses, accruals payroll, depreciation etc).
  • Intercompany Billing Management: Manage intercompany billing, collection, accruals, and related activities with smooth service delivery and efficient intercompany operations.
  • Month-End Close Deliverables: Prepare and maintain reconciliations and journals for month-end close deliverables.
  • Expense Reports Processing: Process expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Invoice Coordination: Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate invoice accounting and payment processing.
