Billing Expert

This role focuses on invoice preparation, revenue recognition and accounting process management.

Key responsibilities include timely and accurate invoicing, top-level customer support and analytical problem-solving skills.

The Billing Specialist will work closely with internal and external customers to answer invoicing questions or manage related issues.

Other key responsibilities include collaborating with other departments to prepare and verify pre-bill documents, entering data accurately into systems and assisting Accounting in applying proper revenue recognition and validating sales tax on invoices.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, be able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

They should also have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to proactively and independently resolve complex issues.

Additionally, they should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, network storage and archival technologies.

Strong communication skills are also essential, both internally and externally with clients.

The successful candidate will be a team player who is driven to add value to their position.

Able to translate client and inter-company invoices from English into Arabic and issue them in the Arabic reading format – right to left.

Requires at least 2 years of experience in a Billing position or an AA Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Project Billing and/or Project Accounting experience is preferred, as well as experience in legal billing.
