About the Position:

  • Accounting entries and book maintenance responsibilities.

  • Sales invoice creation in ERP and timely customer invoicing.
  • Accounts payable and receivable oversight.
  • Travel and hotel bookings with budget adherence.
  • Employee reimbursements management.
  • Office supplies and HR joining kit inventory management.
  • Utility bill payment management.
  • AMC contract renewal and servicing.
  • Expense document organization.

Qualifications

A graduate or postgraduate degree in accounting or commerce is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial transactions posting, reconciliation, and return management.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable for timely payments and settlements.
  • Coordinate travel and hotel bookings within budgetary guidelines.
  • Process employee reimbursements according to company policies.
  • Maintain office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits.
  • Ensure utility bills are paid on time.
  • Renew AMC contracts, including AC, Pest Control, and Coffee Machine services.
  • Organize expense documents in physical and digital formats.
