Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to fill a Senior Manager position. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Finance and Accounting, you will play a key role in pre-sales, lead transitions, and drive excellence in service delivery for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and reporting to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design solutions, develop pricing strategies, and deliver compelling client presentations.
  • Oversee end-to-end transitions, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and process improvement.
  • Maintain high levels of delivery excellence, compliance, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
  • Mentor and upskill teams, driving process automation and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/Masters in Commerce with 10+ years of experience in F&A, including 3+ years in SME/leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and shared services setup.
  • Excellent client engagement and solutioning skills.
  • Strong background in transitions and operational excellence.
