Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at Futurism Technologies. This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to develop and implement long-term financial strategies, drive business growth, and optimize resource allocation.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and strategy. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, optimize resource allocation, and make strategic recommendations that drive the company's financial success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals, vision, and business objectives.
  • Assess current financial performance and market conditions to develop actionable recommendations for growth, risk mitigation, and profitability improvement.
  • Craft capital allocation strategies, ensuring investments are aligned with the company's objectives and financial goals.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess profitability, liquidity, capital structure, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights based on financial models, forecasting, and scenario analysis to guide decision-making at the executive level.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), financial forecasts, and risk assessments.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives.
  • Create and maintain detailed financial forecasts, assessing variances and recommending adjustments as necessary.
  • Monitor cash flow, profitability, and other key financial metrics to ensure targets are met and financial objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and manage investment strategies that support the company's growth, ensuring the most effective use of capital for strategic investments.
  • Recommend changes to processes or organizational structures that improve financial performance, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The package also includes excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis software.
