Job Title: Backend EngineerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Backend Developer to join our technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a performance-focused and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and web services to enable seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems and various services.
  • Designing and implementing data models and database schemas to support application features.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based backend applications for our supply chain software products.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Performing code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
  • Continuously improving application performance, reliability, and security.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Java and NoSQL-based databases.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and SQL and/or NoSQL technologies.
  • Built a significant module or a sub-module from scratch in a previous role.
  • Managed a team of at least 3 developers.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
