Job Description

Brief:

We're seeking a Visual Designer who understands the fundamental principles of design and can apply them across various work, recognizing that while tools evolve, these principles remain unchanged.

Someone who acknowledges that Generative AI is redefining how we create and bring ideas together, with a grasp on the distinction between style and intention, as well as the difference between delivering results and making a meaningful impact.

Every visual element and artifact created has a purpose. We're not looking for mere decoration; instead, we need concepts and visuals that effectively communicate a brand's values and mission.

  • Transform ideas into clear, intentional, and design-principle-rooted visuals.
  • Develop, update, and enforce brand guidelines across all outputs.
  • Produce motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using software like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Utilize AI as an assistant in creating videos.
  • Design scalable, reusable assets and templates for other teams to use independently.
  • Work on event and print designs, from trade show booths to offline experience details.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social media, advertising, and collateral.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers on visual elements, mockups, and screens.
  • Create case study visuals showcasing product and engineering work.
  • Apply GenAI in your workflow where it enhances speed or clarity, without replacing craftsmanship.
  • Ask the right questions and understand why you're working on something.
  • Understand your audience, context, and business goals to shape the final output.
  • Design with intent; every output should be worth the effort invested.
