Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to drive the visual and aesthetic direction across brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading concept development, managing creative teams, ensuring world-class execution, and working closely with internal and client stakeholders.

  • Lead the visual language and art direction across integrated campaigns – from print and digital to film, AV, and experiential.
  • Partner with copywriters and strategists to generate bold, effective ideas and campaign platforms.
  • Present and articulate creative ideas to clients, offering a strategic rationale.
  • Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers.
  • Supervise all stages of production including shoots, animation, editing, and post-production.
  • Work closely with copy, strategy, tech, production, and account management teams.
Required Skills:
  • Degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven portfolio with award-winning and culturally resonant work.
  • Strong command over design fundamentals.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and production workflows.
  • Confident in handling large teams, multiple brands, and fast-paced timelines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in visual storytelling.
  • Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.
