Job Title: Backend Developer

The role involves writing efficient, reusable, and reliable code, developing back-end components, enhancing server-side logic, integrating user-facing elements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Developing full-stack applications using frameworks like Django and Flask.
  • Working with databases to optimize performance and implement security measures.
  • Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
  • Optimizing applications for performance and managing databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop scalable backend systems.
  2. Work with databases to ensure high performance and data security.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
  4. Implement robust testing and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts.
  • Experience working with Databases.
  • Familiarity with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
