Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled scaffolding professional to oversee scaffolding operations on our construction sites in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites.
  • E nsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to scaffolding operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure structural integrity and safety.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to plan scaffolding requirements for various projects.
  • Train and mentor scaffolding crew members on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials and equipment used on site.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in scaffolding supervision or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and safety standards.
  • Strong understanding of construction site practices and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Certification in scaffolding safety and supervision preferred.
  • Proficient in using scaffolding design software and tools.
