Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning professional to lead the implementation of our Workforce Planning solutions.
About This Role
- This is a key position that requires someone with a deep understanding of Workday Adaptive solution, preferably with relevant Workday certifications/accreditations, and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday Adaptive from Design to Deploy.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3+ years of working experience with implementation of Workday Adaptive (Workforce) Planning solutions or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday Adaptive solution, preferably with relevant Workday certifications/ accreditations, and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday Adaptive from Design to Deploy.
- Working knowledge of overall Workday solution and capabilities, with hands-on experience of leveraging Workday HCM and PRISM to establish relevant data models to support Workforce planning integration with 3rd party data sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, to proactively assess and resolve day-to-day issues, and independently drive initiatives to improve Workday Solution and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team and stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.
- A commitment to continuous learning and driving improvement.
- Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred, but not mandatory.
