We're looking for an experienced LLM Trainer who can break down complex tasks, simulate realistic dialogues, and craft coherent responses. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a technical or analytical field, strong general technical reasoning skills, and excellent written communication skills in English.

The role involves working on a range of projects, from building real-world AI systems to advancing frontier knowledge. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for training LLMs, developing scenarios, and collaborating with experts to achieve mission-critical priorities.
