About this opportunity

We're building a curated talent pool of learning and development specialists to support delivering inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs. Engagements are contract-based, remote-friendly, and cross-functional.

Key locations & time zones

  • India or other regions
  • Remote work is preferred with a focus on India and Europe time zones

Languages

A professional level of English is required, while French and/or German are strongly preferred. Please indicate your proficiency level (e.g., CEFR B2/C1/C2).

Main responsibilities

  1. Instructional Designers: Course design, accessibility, and localization (CPLP/APTD/CELP/ATD certifications are a plus)
  2. Project Managers: Multi-workstream planning, stakeholder communication, budgets, and risks management
  3. eLearning Developers: Articulate Storyline (ASL) skills – SCORM/xAPI, templates, interactions
  4. HTML5 Learning Developers: Responsive UI, JavaScript/CSS, LMS compatibility, WCAG 2.1 compliance
  5. Learning Technologists: AR/VR, serious games, hybrid classrooms (X2O/OneRoom expertise)
  6. Simulation Design & Delivery: ModuloPi, Laerdal SimCapture, CAE LearningSpace; scenario creation and facilitation experience
  7. Serious Games Designers & Devs: Blend pedagogy with game mechanics for meaningful learning experiences
  8. Data & Evaluation Analysts: Power BI, Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo; feedback and evaluation framework design experience
  9. Accessibility & QA: WCAG 2.1, ISO/IEC compliance; content, navigation, multimedia checks
  10. Event & Cohort Operations: Global training logistics, run-of-show
  11. Webinar Producers & Facilitators: Platform setup, speaker operations, engagement
  12. Cultural SMEs & D&I: Inclusive content, imagery, and delivery standards for diverse audiences

What you'll achieve

  • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences and training events to measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders/SMEs across time zones and languages
  • Develop scalable templates, toolkits, and processes (content, tech, ops)
  • Evaluate accessibility, quality, and evidence-based results

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable L&D experience in enterprise, consulting, or boutique firm settings
  • A strong portfolio/case studies (links required for ID/ASL/HTML/AR-VR/games/sim)
  • Proven remote collaboration, clear communication, and timely delivery
  • Bonus points for multilingual delivery (English + French/German), regulated sectors, or large-scale rollouts

Talent engagement & rates

Contract / SOW; rates depend on role, seniority, and geography. Durations vary; some retainers possible.
