Expert PHP Developer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced expert in PHP and Laravel development to work on our high-quality web applications. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using the Laravel framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate project requirements into technical solutions with ease.
  • Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure code for web applications that meet the highest standards.
  • Perform rigorous code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in web applications and provide timely resolutions with minimal disruption.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic seamlessly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in PHP and Laravel development, suggesting improvements to enhance application performance and usability.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of code and project tasks, contributing to technical specifications and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in PHP web development, with a focus on best practices.
  • Proficient in Laravel framework and its ecosystem, with expertise in ORM (Object Relational Mapping) frameworks like Eloquent.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, applying principles to complex problems.
  • Experience with relational databases like MySQL, with a focus on data modeling and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring seamless integration with server-side logic.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, with expertise in branch management and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services, with a focus on API design and security.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, driving iterative development and delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in computer science.
  • Proven work experience as a PHP/Laravel Developer, with at least 2 years of experience in high-quality web development.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of web applications developed using PHP and Laravel framework, showcasing expertise and creativity.
  • Strong understanding of web application security best practices, with experience implementing secure coding standards.
  • Familiarity with Linux environment and server administration, with expertise in deployment and scaling.
  • Relevant certifications in PHP and Laravel development is a plus, demonstrating commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
