Key Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Finance Operations Manager to oversee finance operations at our Global Shared Services Center. This role is responsible for leading and managing the finance and accounting operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing finance and accounting operations team to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement process improvements to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) for all finance processes managed out of the GSS, using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive growth and stabilization of finance processes, transitions, and operational excellence.
- Proven experience in leading finance operations teams, preferably with expertise in financial management and analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to drive process improvements, meet/exceed targets, and mentor junior team members.
