Job Title: Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. This is a key role in the development of our projects, requiring strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role:

  • To lead architectural design teams and ensure that designs meet our high standards.
  • To collaborate with other departments to develop project designs and proposals.
  • To manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Development of architectural designs for new projects and facilities.
  2. Leading architectural design teams and ensuring quality control.
  3. Collaboration with other departments on project designs and proposals.
  4. Prioritization and management of multiple tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • At least 14 years of experience in industrial projects and 4+ years in Data Center.
  • Excellent domain knowledge of Master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings.
  • Awareness of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, Sketch up, Lumion, Twin motion.

Other Information:

  • Preferred candidate will have LEEDs certifications requirements, hygiene, and sustainability-related design concepts/requirements.
