Job Description

As a Research Scientist, you will be conducting laboratory experiments for drug substances and drug products.


Collaborating with project teams to maintain lab equipment and execute project-related activities that support research objectives is a key part of this role.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and execute laboratory experiments to ensure the quality of drugs.
  • Document and submit data accurately to inform research decisions.
  • Maintain laboratory practices and procedures in accordance with GMP guidelines.
  • Evaluate and interpret results from experiments to inform future research directions.
  • Manage lab operations and sustainability to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Cultivate effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Monitor quality metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality principles driving drug development such as GMP.
