The role will initially be on a 3-month contractual basis, during which the position will be remote (work from home) until the office setup is complete. Post that, it will transition to an on-site (work from office) role.

Role Summary / Objective :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable machine learning models, extracting actionable insights from complex data, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on enterprise-grade products in a startup environment with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions

- Analyze large datasets to generate business insights and recommendations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and analysts

- Create dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

- Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments

- Contribute to the development of a robust, scalable data infrastructure

- Participate in Agile workflows and sprint :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Masters preferred)

- 6-8 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience with Agile development practices

Bonus / Role-Dependent Skills :

- Microservices architecture, .NET/C#, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript
