Job Overview:

  • Engage clients through informative and empathetic video consultations, guiding them toward mental wellness.
  • Manage a dynamic schedule to accommodate approximately 100 inbound calls per month.
  • Complete daily tasks from Monday to Saturday, promoting productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain availability for communication through Slack from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily.
  • Establish trust and empathy with potential clients through meaningful conversations.
  • Ensure honesty and integrity by enrolling only suitable clients, adhering to commitments.
  • Guide prospects toward decisions that benefit their mental wellness, even if it challenges their comfort zone.
  • Stay aware of performance metrics, understanding both successes and areas needing improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities within the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales closer or psychologist in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective video calls.
  • Exceptional active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and build trust.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in sales preferred.
  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
