About Sukoon Health

We are building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to provide comprehensive mental health care. Our vision is to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult inpatient care, catering to acute and severe mental health conditions.

About the Role

  • Conduct daily OPD sessions and engage residents through various activities.
  • Maintain the highest standards of clinical care with a patient-first approach.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed.

We seek an experienced Clinical Psychologist to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality therapeutic services to patients facing mental health challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong understanding of general psychological principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with current DSM criteria and hospital experience is required.

This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to directly impact patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized therapeutic services to patients.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological theories and interventions.
  • Prior experience working with mentally challenged populations.
