Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapy programs to help children develop, recover, or maintain daily living and working skills in a pediatric setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate children's needs and develop individualized treatment plans by conducting thorough assessments and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and develop effective strategies to address complex cases.
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and children to address and manage pediatric conditions, providing support and resources as needed.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in Occupational Therapy with experience in pediatrics is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with children and families.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • A Bachelor/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and licensure/certification in Occupational Therapy are necessary qualifications.
