We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Artist/Creator Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the careers of top-tier talent, executing influencer marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with creators.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
- Work with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers, negotiate terms, and maintain influencer relationships.
- Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and influencers' strengths.
- Support senior colleagues in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.
Requirements:
- 6 months - 1 year experience in artist/influencer management.
- Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
